These terms apply to purchases from Container Engineering Pty Ltd through containerengineering.com.au. By placing an order, you confirm that the product, delivery location and intended use are suitable for your requirements.
Orders and payment
Prices are in AUD and include 10% GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.
Products and specifications
Specifications, colour and appearance may vary between individual units, particularly used containers. Product imagery may be representative. Confirm critical dimensions, certification and condition requirements before purchase.
Delivery
Free Australia-wide delivery is offered subject to safe and suitable site access. Processing is normally 2–3 business days and delivery is estimated at approximately seven business days after dispatch.
Consumer rights
Our returns and warranty terms operate alongside rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
