Warranty period
Eligible containers include a six-month warranty from the delivery date.
Making a warranty request
Contact info@containerengineering.com.au with your order number, photographs and a clear description of the issue. We may request an inspection before approving a remedy.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover unauthorised modifications, misuse, accidental damage, unsuitable foundations, ordinary wear, corrosion caused by environmental exposure, or damage resulting from undisclosed site conditions. Nothing in this warranty excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
